So, there were a few moments yesterday when I was amazed by the snow, and when I thought that it was pretty. I did NOT, however, feel that way as I tried to back out of my apartment garage and quickly got stuck in the snow in the middle of the parking lot. It took me 45 minutes to fight my way back into the garage. I trudged my way through the snow back to the house, and called work to let them know that I would be in as soon as someone plowed my parking lot. This picture was taken at about 10:30am yesterday. The darkness can tell you a little about how bad the blizzard was. And there was no fog - all of that is blowing snow!
When I am able to drive around freely again, I promise more pictures of Omaha that do not include snow!

Hey! What's wrong with a little snow?? lol... I, too, don't want my viewers to tire of snow pictures.
No snow at all in my little town, so you can post a lot of such nice photos like this one before i'll be tired with! My own problem is too much rain...but you know it after your visit my DP blog, thank you! Have a nice and warm week end.
Two days of snow here and the country grinds to a halt -- how we'd cope with the amount they get in some places I dread to think.
oh, it seems the perfect day to stay home with a cup of hot chocolate!

zannnie: Thank you! Ha, ha, actually, I was not indoors! I was crazy enough to go out onto my balcony to take pictures of the blizzard. Luckily most of the wind is blocked by the shape of the balcony! :-)
